2. Dogs N Cats Pet Grooming School of the Jersey Shore

The school has been owner and operated by Brenda Skelskey, who has over 30 years of experience in the pet grooming industry. Due to the small class size, instruction usually results in 1 to 1 learning for the students. The course consists of 150 hours of hands on training. The program runs from 9-4 Monday through Friday. Classes usually include introduction to pet care, breed identification and anatomy, spa treatments, proper drying methods, and many more skills. The school is located in Barnegat, NJ. If you love pets and your interested in becoming a professional pet groomer than contact the school right away.

The school has an open enrollment based on availability of space in the classroom. The school requires that students be at least 16 years old and physically able to groom a dog, high school diploma is not required. They have two course schedules, the first being Monday through Friday from 9-430 and the second is Saturday classes running from 9-430 as well. The school is located in Hillsborough, NJ.
