Being a pet owner is such a rewarding experience, but not everyone feels the same about pets. That is why when it comes to moving it can be difficult of finding an apartment in NJ that will allow owners to have pets. 2. Raritan Crossing Apartment Homes

These beautiful apartment homes at located in New Brunswick, NJ right next to the banks of the Raritan River. They care about each individual that comes to live in these apartments that is why they allow cats and small dogs. The dogs can be no more than 35 pounds. They do have some limits as to what breeds are not allowed, for example Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, and German Shepards. There is a one time non-refundable fee of $200 and a monthly fee of $35 for having a dog there. The apartment complex offers the owners garage parking, gated community, new fitness center, swim club, and other wonderful luxuries.
